No More Waiting

Description:

This Idea is less likely to be executed immediately in our campus, due to its extended amount of resources required and manpower to build. However I notice that during rush hour in the morning or around 4pm when most classes are finished, I notice that buses usually full and causes students to walk an immense amount of distance.

The true problem that I see is that some students that only require a 5 minute walk to get to their destination still attempt to ride the bus, and students who needs to walk around 30 minutes, are unable to ride the bus. It is only fair that students who require to travel a farther distance should get the priority to get on the bus over the students who's destination is relatively close.

The solution that I think would believe to work is to install a computer system on every stop, in which students type in their destination distance and the system will provide them a ticket that is distinguished by colour.
1. red - less than 5 minutes away
2. yellow - less than 15 minutes away
3. green - more than 30 minutes away

The ticket will then be recognized by the bus driver and will allow the ones with the green tickets to get on the bus, which gives priority over the red ticket and the yellow ticket.

What can we do if someone get a green ticket but he/she gets off the bus at Shho? If the one with a baggage and his/her destination distance is just less than 5 minutes, what can the driver do?
