Dear Students,
Thank you for your effort to share your ideas with all of us. It's probably the time you're busy converting your ideas into action. Here I have a few suggestions for you to take into consideration for preparing your final stretch.

Thank you for your effort to share your ideas with all of us. It's probably the time you're busy converting your ideas into action. Here I have a few suggestions for you to take into consideration for preparing your final stretch.
1) On Friday, all of you will arrive on time at the theatre (3:30pm, right!)
2) Each team will send a representative to participate in a lot drawing arrangement to determine the order for presentation. Luck will determine who goes first!
3) Each team will be given 12 minutes in total for presentation with 3 minutes left for Q&A.
4) During Q&A, you will be given a chance to receive extra credits because it reflects how well you're prepared to engage the audience and respond to tough questions.
5) Make sure each student who is responsible for his/her part in the project is prepared to contribute what he/she has done to realize the outcome.
6) Audience who asks "relevant and smart question" will also get extra credit.
7) Please test run your presentation to ensure you can complete it on time (12 minutes) with enough spare time (3 minutes) for Q&A.
8) Preload your presentation materials onto your laptop and make sure it'll work without problem before the presentation. We'll open the theatre at 3pm for presenation preparation works.
9) Each team should start the presentation immediately with all materials preloaded when the instructor starts the time clock.
10) Make sure your presentation will cover: a) Clear identification of the user persona and journey b) Process of coming up with the problem definition c) Generation of alternatives 4) Prototype of solution.
11) Central to the above is the formulation of hypothesis (in both problem definition and solution) and validation with users.
12) You're welcome to send me additional inquiries before the presentation.
Bernard
