Considering the significant waste produced from coffee grounds and plastic due to the prevalent coffee and phone case cultures, we are committed to developing phone cases that effectively utilize waste materials within a sustainable business model. After thorough consideration, we have chosen CUHK and Wu Yee Sun College as our initial markets.
To differentiate our brand in the eco-friendly phone case market, we have devised a plan to produce high-quality coffee ground phone cases with stylish designs. Given our familiarity with CUHK and WYSO students, we will strategically design our products to meet their needs and preferences.
To promote responsible consumer behavior, we plan to introduce birth certificates for our products. This initiative will enhance transparency in the production of our phone cases and raise customers' awareness of their consumption habits and environmental impacts.
