Sunny Passion Programme
Environmental issues like global warming are becoming more and more serious. One of the main reasons causing global warming is the eating habits of human beings. With a large supply of meat to fulfill the demand, the emission problem of greenhouse gases will be worsened. To ease the problem, global environmental organizations suggested eating more insects and reducing the consumption on meat.

However, although eating insects will likely to be the trend in about 50 years, most people refuse to eat them due to different reasons including psychological factors. This creates an insight for our team to consider the ways to reduce people's fear in insect consumption so as to prepare themselves to face the trend in the future.

Through this project we are going to investigate more on the insect-eating habits globally and give suggestions on how to educate different stakeholders and to develop our insects business in Hong Kong.
