宜孫香草園 Sunny Herb Garden計劃背景: 精神健康的問題一直困擾着不少的學生，尤其是在學期的尾聲總會被不同的課業所纏繞， 不少同學都通宵達旦、馬不停蹄在宿舍寒窗苦讀。一個在書院內能夠讓同學稍作放鬆的地 方絕對有助同學面對學業和人生大大小小的壓力。而不少研究指出，人類善用五感感受大 自然，能夠減輕精神壓力，改善身心靈的健康。因此，我希望在書院利用締造一個香草 園，借助綠色植物和其獨有的香味，讓同學可以在忙碌的生活也可減減壓，放放鬆。 計劃理念: 「在城市中連結自然，在自然中找到放鬆」 本計劃有兩個主要目標， 第一是希望讓同學在城市中連結自然... |
